The Block winners Will and Karlie Bethune have revealed the place they’ve put their cash down for his or her second renovation – and this one’s a monster of a house.
The couple – who bought their first renovated dwelling in Rochedale South in January – acquired followers excited after alluding to “some fairly thrilling information which we’ll share with you all very quickly”.
The pair took to Instagram to announce that the information in query was: “So we did a factor!!!#newhouse”.
The big Queenslander sort dwelling has verandas that wrap round its entrance, with potential for prime uncovered ceilings contained in the A-frame sort roofline.
The brokers wouldn’t reveal what suburb the pair purchased into.
Their first dwelling renovation was of a home they purchased off Will’s father for $350,000 5 years in the past, earlier than they started the whirlwind 2016 season of The Block.
The land alone on that property was valued at about $340,000 two years in the past, in accordance with CoreLogic, and Will’s dad and mom had paid $75,000 for it in 1987.
